Understanding Profile Surveys

Profile Surveys are short 3 or 4 question surveys which are attached to the bottom of a registration form.

Profile Surveys are usually run as a series. The way they work is that the system renders the first survey in the series, and when the prospect returns to the system which might be a day or a year later, the system renders Survey 2, then Survey 3, etc. This is called Progressive Profiling because you are gathering information about your prospects progressively.

Survey and Lead Scoring

StrategyMix Profile Surveys incorporate a scoring mechanism, whereby you can allocate survey points to the responses that you consider to be positive. Survey scoring can be used in multiple ways, including the initial calibration of lead quality.

Linking Surveys to Smart Responses

The StrategyMix Profile Surveys also include "Smart Responses", which allows you to trigger a range of actions automatically if someone gives a nominated response to a particular question. As a simple example, you might have the system send an email alert to your sales team if a prospect requests a meeting or a demonstration.
