Copywriting

Compelling copy is a mandatory requirement for both inbound and outbound marketing. Our copywriters are principally hired to write White Papers, Case Studies, Blogs and Email Copy. In general, it takes about 6 hours to write a white paper.

Telemarketing management

Telemarketing management is required to brief and monitor the telesales agents but also to liaise with and report back to you - the client. We work on the principal that 1 hour of management time is required for every 10 hours of telemarketing, but the actual hours vary depending on the campaign.
